Kaisen Bridge

Kyoto Prefecture:

When a pleasure boat and ore carrier pass by, the center of the bridge turns in Kaisen Bridge of about 36m in length and gets possible to pass a ship. The waterway under Kaisen Bridge is called Monju Channel (Amanohashidate canal) and links the Gulf of Miyazu to the Aso sea.

Hokanji(Yasaka Pagoda)

Kyoto: Founded in 589, Hokan-ji was dedicated to the five great nyorai, but it is now little more than a pagoda surrounded by residential buildings near Yasaka Shrine.

Kyoto: Geisha or Geiko, Maiko are traditional, female Japanese entertainers, whose skills include performing various Japanese arts, such as classical music and dance.

Kyoto Tower

Kyoto: The Kyoto Tower is a 131 meter observation tower. The observation deck is 100 meters above the ground.

Fushimi Inari

Kyoto:

Fushimi Inari (Shrine) is the most famous of several thousands of shrines dedicated to Inari across Japan. Inari is the Shinto god of rice, and foxes are thought to be his messengers. Therefore, many fox statues can be found at Inari shrines.

Kinkaku temple

Kyoto Prefecture:

Kinkaku temple(Golden Pavilion Temple) is the informal name of Rokuon temple in Kyoto. It was originally built in 1397.

Kiyomizu temple

Kiyomizu-dera refers to several Buddhist temples but most commonly to Otowa-san Kiyomizu-dera in Eastern Kyoto, one of the best known sights of the city. Kiyomizu literally means pure water, clear water or limpid water.
The main hall of Kiyomizu-dera is notable for its vast veranda, supported by hundreds of pillars, that juts out over the hillside and offers impressive views of the city.

Amanohashidate

Kyoto:

Amanohashidate is one of Japan's three scenic views. It is located in Miyazu Bay in northern Kyoto Prefecture. This sand bar is 3.3km long and covered with about 7000 pine trees.It can be viewed from mountains on either side of the bay or it can be traversed on foot.
